DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders received up to 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders after 2pm will be dispatched on the next available working day. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched on the next available working day. Delivery times will vary depending on the type of service selected with your order.
Please note that our Next Day Service is for Monday to Friday deliveries only. Due to cost, we do not offer a Saturday service.
Standard service will usually take between three and five working days to deliver. First class post can usually take between one and three days. Next Day service will usually be next day and prices detailed below are for destinations in the UK but not including the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight,The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. Unfortunately, deliveries are out of our control once they leave our premises. We operate a policy of total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your goods or if you have changed your mind you may cancel your order by providing us with a notice of cancellation by e-mail, at anytime up to 7 working days after receipt of your order. We will by return issue you with a Cancellation Authorisation.
You have the choice between a refund, an exchange. We require that you return the goods to us, new and unused, in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or sign of usage.
The return postal cost will be at your own cost. Refund of postal costs for exceptional circumstances, remains at our discretion.
We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation and we will make refunds to you in accordance with these terms within 30 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation. Once you have a Cancellation Authorisation. We will email returns address.
Please ensure you use adequate packaging to prevent any damage or breakage especially when returning products that are fragile like glass. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage while in transit.
For refunds all accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The credit will cover the price of the item(s) . All accurately returned products will be credited by the mean of original payment method, sent by e-mail, of the value of the price of the item(s) and will exclude delivery cost.
For exchanges, all accurately returned products will be replaced by the items of your choice of a similar value. If of higher value, we will issue an invoice for the difference.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us which have been validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. For further information you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Liquorice World is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with us. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 14 days, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P).
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you Ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

RETURNING UNWANTED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Please contact us by email (on email@example.com) to inform us of your wish to return Products.
We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.
We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service.
Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

UNWANTED PRODUCTS – EUROPEAN DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (DSRS)
By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order under the DSRs we ask you to please notify our Customer Service team quoting your name and order number:

Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund any specific delivery charges that you incurred for that item over and above our Standard Delivery rate.
where you are returning your entire order, we will refund the Standard Delivery charge incurred.
where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
We will not refund the cost of gift-wrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase (eg. Express Delivery) UNLESS you are returning the item to us because of an error on our part (or because it is defective) under our 30-day.
